About Frankson Media

In 2022, my life took an unexpected turn. As a musician in a rock band, I faced a near-fatal car accident that left me bedridden for months. During that recovery, I uncovered a deeper calling: to become a strategist dedicated to changing the world. I formalized my core values—Strategize, Create, Inspire—and had them tattooed on my arms, alongside the "7 Habits of Highly Effective People." This became my blueprint for living a life of purpose.

Driven by these values, I embarked on a journey of entrepreneurship, creating micro-businesses designed to pay me in experience, accelerating my personal and professional growth. At 29, I co-founded Plastic Bank, a social fintech that empowers a global bottle deposit system, helping to end poverty and stop plastic pollution. We pioneered the world’s first commercialized plastic credit and introduced traceable, ethically sourced Social Plastic® recycled materials. Our mission has always been to demonstrate that purpose-driven business can help others thrive while uplifting those who need it most.

Over the past decade, Plastic Bank has impacted over 50,000 collectors across Brazil, Cameroon, Egypt, Haiti, Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines while preventing over 8 billion bottles worth of plastic from entering the ocean.

Throughout this journey, I've experienced the highs, lows, challenges, and victories of pursuing purpose. I began writing my upcoming book, *Purpose Habits*, as a tool for self-improvement, documenting what worked and what didn’t. Originally meant to guide my own growth, it evolved as others began seeking my coaching and guidance.

I’ve distilled my life’s experiences into three powerful questions that guide my routine:

1. How are you becoming the person capable of living a fulfilling life of purpose?

2. How are you experiencing the gift of every moment without judgment, reaction, or added meaning?

3. How are you giving more to the world than you take?

By regularly reflecting on and answering these questions, you can proactively become the person the world needs you to be. When you commit to making progress week after week, you begin living with purpose.

My mission is to use my skills to help others lead fulfilling lives of purpose—and to enjoy every minute of it. Even the tough, character-building moments can be gifts when they help you become the person the world needs.
